Throughout the production process, each blade undergoes surface grinding, bevel grinding, polishing, buffing, etching, final buffing, sharpening, cleaning, oiling, and a thorough inspection at least twice before shipping.

Our commitment extends to heat treatment, ensuring toughness and superior edge holding with a hardness rating of HRC 58+. Crafted by skilled artisans with over 5 years of experience, our handmade products boast uniqueness, sharp design, glory, and elegance. The blades are not only exceptionally sharp but also provide an incredible hand grip with impeccable balance.

In addition to Damascus steel, we craft blades in high-carbon alloy steel, including 1095, J2, D2, 440c Stainless steel.
